MAHATHOL SOLUCUT 25 is a water soluble cutting oil which forms a milky emulsion and contain rust inhibitor to impart anti-rust, anti-corrosive properties and a biocide to prevent bacterial growth in the emulsion. MAHATHOL SOLUCUT 25 gives excellent tool life and surface finish and minimises tool wear. This Oil also gives good cooling and lubricating properties. Recommended for a variety of cutting operations on ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Mixing Ratio: Oil to water 1:20. Always oil must be added to water with continuous stirring. It does not decompose chemically, does not give objectionable odour and does not cause de-colourisation or staining. This oil does not affect the skin of the operators. MAHATHOL SOLUCUT 25 meets IS 1115-1986(Reaffirmed 1991) specifications. Soluble Cutting Oils that can work with very high ppm level hard water (over 1000 ppm) and oils which can work in1:40 ratio are also available.
MAHATHOL DRALA 44 is an emulsifiable cream or white coloured paste non-staining. These are formulated by blending of refined petroleum oil with soap and fatty materials. The additives incorporated improve the wetting characteristics and impart film strength required for heavy drawings. It is also useful in deep drawing of metal sheets. They have good cooling ability and recommended for Aluminium, Carbon Alloy steels wire and Tube drawing.
MAHATHOL DRALA-22 is an emulsifiable, cream coloured paste non staining. These are formulated by blending of refined petroleum oil with fatty oil and soap formed and this improves the wetting characteristics. It consists of inert fillers which impart film strength required for heavy drawings. They have good cooling abililty and recommended for Carbon Alloy steels wire and Tube drawing.
